How it works

Two AI agents. One human reviewer.

Your AI pipeline follows the workflow of traditional specialist translation. Once the translator and proofreader agents are done, a human specialist reviews the result.

Step 01

The translator agent

An industry-specific AI agent translates your text. We feed it the same kind of context a human translator would receive: your glossary, your preferences, and previously approved translations.

Industry-specific AI · your terminology
Step 02

The proofreader agent

A second AI agent with the right industry knowledge checks terminology, spelling, word choice and sentence structure. Where needed it proposes adjustments.

Suggests and justifies edits
Step 03

Human specialist translator

A specialist with expertise in your field reviews the AI agents’ work. They catch what AI still misses: context, alignment between text and figures, your preferences.

Feedback retrains your AI team
A learning AI team

Your AI team. Sharper with every delivery.

Your AI team learns from every round of feedback. Like a traditional translator, it gets to know your company better over time.

Faster, lower cost

When the agents leave fewer things for the reviewer to fix, we save time and pass that saving on to you as lower cost.

Consistent translation

Because it is an AI team, it isn’t tied to a single person. It works consistently with your texts over time.

Better every delivery

The reviewer’s edits become training data for the translator agent ahead of your next job.

Scales with volume

Your AI team holds the same quality whether it is 1,000 or 100,000 words, to one language or ten.

Why a human at the end?

Where AI falls short.

Two AI agents go a long way. They translate accurately and keep terminology consistent. Sentences are almost always well-formed, the content correct. But for specialist material aimed at a knowledge-intensive audience, that is not enough.

The specialist translator has expertise in your field, reads the result and corrects the text before delivery. That review step is where the translator’s linguistic feel and subject knowledge produce the final result your audience needs. And those edits become valuable feedback for your AI team next time.

Examples of what AI can miss
  • 01
Faulty reasoningFaulty conclusions about a situation make it into the text.
  • 02
Text and imageThe text describes something different from what the figure shows.
  • 03
Misses the audienceThe author talks past their audience without realising it.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

We work with all common file formats: .doc/.docx, .xls/.xlsx, .ppt/.pptx, .pdf, .xml, .html and .json. We also work daily with InDesign files (.indd and .idml).

We translate between most common language pairs. The majority of our work is between English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish and the other Nordic languages.

It depends on length and industry. A specialist translation that used to take a week can now be ready in an hour once your AI team is in place. A short standard text of a few pages is usually a matter of days. Volume jobs are planned in. Send us the text and we will come back with a quote and a delivery time.

Two bespoke AI agents translate and proofread. A human specialist then reviews and ensures everything is correct. This final review is the extra layer of control that gives the necessary quality assurance.

Tell us. We review your feedback together with the reviewer who handled your text, decide whether corrections are needed and whether to update the instructions to the AI team. Understanding where a deviation came from is essential to preventing it.

No. Your texts are yours. We use them to improve your AI team. We do not use them to train general models.

Yes. Send us a text that is representative of what you normally translate and we will run a test translation and review at no cost. You get a sense of the quality and how it compares with your current solution.
