Many of our clients come from a traditional translation agency. What was built up there comes with you: we import translation memories, term bases and approved reference translations as the foundation for your AI team. We accept the standard formats TMX and TBX, as well as Excel files and plain text. Your AI team starts with the same knowledge of your texts that your current provider has accumulated over the years.
Ask your current agency for an export of the translation memory. Who owns it depends on your contract, but it is a reasonable request that most agencies accommodate.

Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on volume and industry, with express delivery when needed.
