Material containing personal data of EU citizens is covered by GDPR throughout the translation process. We help you set up the process steps so the requirements are met and data is processed and stored within the EU/EEA or in countries with an adequate level of protection.

Our clients expect their translations to be delivered on time, and for us it is a given that we always meet agreed deadlines. Thanks to efficient AI-driven workflows and reliable personnel backup systems we deliver when we said we would deliver.
Standard
Normal turnaround is 1-3 business days depending on text volume. Subject area, text difficulty, language combination and text format are factors that also affect delivery time.
Express
When needed we can deliver translations at very short notice. The quality bar is always the same. We also offer layout and print production with express delivery.
Translation at a fixed price.
We work with fixed pricing for translations. That means you know in advance exactly what the project will cost in the end.
When you order translations from Dopply we analyse the text and give you a quote with a fixed price. The price includes AI-driven specialist translation with AI proofreading. If we see that the text needs final review by a specialist translator to meet our quality bar, the cost includes that step as well.
Our AI-driven translation solutions are significantly cheaper than traditional specialist translation. For certain text types and language pairs we only offer traditional translation performed by a specialist translator together with proofreading.
We work with your file formats.
Whatever way you work with text in your operation, we can almost always receive and deliver in the file formats you prefer. Layout, structure and graphical elements are preserved as in the original.
