AI-driven technical translation, with human review.
Your own bespoke AI team translates and proofreads your technical texts. Before delivery, a specialist translator with expertise in your engineering field reviews the result.
Two AI agents. One human reviewer.
Our AI pipeline follows the workflow of traditional specialist translation. Once the translator and proofreader agents have finished your technical text, a human specialist with engineering expertise reviews the result before delivery.
The translator agent
An AI agent specialised in technical terminology translates the text. We feed it your glossary, your style guides and previously approved translations.
The proofreader agent
A second AI agent with the right engineering knowledge checks that terminology is consistent and correct, and reviews spelling, word choice and sentence structure. Where needed it proposes adjustments.
Human specialist in engineering
A specialist translator with expertise in your engineering field reviews the AI agents’ work. They catch what AI still misses: context, alignment between text and engineering drawings, your preferences.
We translate every type of technical document.
We work continuously with companies in manufacturing, energy, automotive, telecom and other engineering industries on manuals, datasheets, catalogues and technical specifications. Engineering fields move fast, and translation puts high demands on terminology, on understanding how the technology works, and on knowing how the text will be used.

Specialised AI pipelines for your engineering disciplines.
Fast-moving engineering fields make specialisation a prerequisite for qualified technical translation. We set up bespoke AI pipelines for exactly the discipline you operate in.
Your AI team. Sharper with every technical delivery.
Your AI team learns from every round of feedback. Like a traditional specialist translator, it gets to know your company, your style guides and your preferences better over time.
Shorter turnaround, lower cost
When the agents leave fewer things for the reviewer to fix, we save time and pass that saving on to you as lower cost.
Consistent technical terminology
Automatic alignment against your client-specific term base ensures technical terms are used exactly as you want them and as your readers are used to.
Better every delivery
The reviewer’s edits become training data for the translator agent ahead of your next job.
Scales with volume
Your AI team holds the same quality whether it is a single datasheet or a full manual series across several languages.
Where AI falls short.
Two AI agents go a long way. They translate accurately and keep technical terminology consistent. Sentences are almost always well-formed, the content correct. But for technical documents going out to end users, installers or procurement teams, that is not enough.
A specialist translator with expertise in your engineering field reads the result and corrects the text before delivery. The review step is where the translator’s linguistic feel and subject knowledge come into their own. And those edits become valuable feedback for your AI team next time.
- 01Faulty technical reasoningAI can misread a technical situation and reflect that with the wrong conclusion in the translation.
- 02Text, drawings and figure calloutsThe text describes something different from what the drawing, flow chart or exploded view actually shows.
- 03Standards and normative termsTerms from ISO, IEC or industry standards that must be used precisely as the context requires.
Faster and cheaper than traditional technical translation.
Price and delivery time depend on text type, volume and file format. Send us a text and we will come back with a concrete price and timeline. For returning clients, both price and turnaround keep falling as your bespoke AI team gets better at writing in line with your style guide and preferences.

Frequently asked.
We translate between most common language pairs. In engineering, the highest demand is for Swedish, English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and Dutch.
In most of our projects we use AI exclusively for translation, or in combination with specialist review. There are also texts where the client does not want AI involved for confidentiality reasons. In those cases we offer traditional translation with a specialist translator and a proofreader.
We are always careful to maintain a high and consistent quality. In many cases AI translations can be at least as good and even more consistent than traditional ones. Language pair, subject and text structure all affect the final result. If we see that texts need additional work by a specialist for any reason, we tell you before the project starts.
Yes. In general AI translation is significantly cheaper than traditional translation. Even when your texts need a specialist review after AI translation, the cost is much lower than you would otherwise have paid for the service.
We work with all common formats: .doc/.docx, .xls/.xlsx, .ppt/.pptx, .pdf, .xml, .html and .json. We work daily with InDesign files (.indd and .idml) and also handle technical CAD formats (DWG, DXF) and FrameMaker files (FM, MIF). If you have product catalogues or manuals as InDesign files, you get them back in the same format, print-ready and layout untouched.
We build a client-specific term base with your company’s terminology and align the AI agents’ translations against it automatically. Your style guides feed into the same context. The specialist translator with engineering expertise reviews the result and any edits go back into the term base, so precision rises with every delivery.
Yes. Our AI pipelines are built for scale and handle anything from a single document to extensive documentation libraries running to tens of thousands of words. We have translated entire logistics systems, manual libraries and product catalogues across multiple languages.
Yes. We use encrypted data handling and robust systems. As the client, you always decide in advance whether all or part of the material may be AI-translated, or whether certain sections should go directly to a human specialist. For documents containing classified information we recommend traditional specialist translation without AI.
No. Your texts are yours. We use them to improve your AI team. We do not use them to train general models.
Yes. Send us a text that is representative of what you normally have translated and we will run a test translation and review at no cost. You get a sense of quality and how our output compares with your current solution.
